Dr. Avinash V. Palodkar is an Experienced Researcher with an established history of working in the field of alternative energy. He specializes in the experimental and modeling of the complicated energy and process engineering systems. He has published multiple research articles in the prestigious and leading international publishers like Nature, American Chemical Society, American Institute of Chemical Engineers and Springer. He is a member of the global home of chemical engineers - American Institute of Chemical Engineers. Invited in the prestigious international conferences and meetings to deliver the Lectures/Talks on his high-impacted research works in the (1) 10th World Congress of Chemical Engineering held in Spain, 2017, (2) American Institute of Chemical Engineering annual meeting, Pittsburgh, 2018, (3) Recent advances in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering, Durgapur, India, 2015.

Currently pursuing Ph.D from CTARA, IITB, he is a field practitioner and enthusiastic about application based technology innovation. He specialises in designing context appropriate technology alternatives and has received research grants for developing human operated pumping technologies for resource constrainted environments (such as tribal regions).
He contributes in holistic understanding of client's requirements and technical rigour during design of solutions.
His skills help us get updated about the state of the art technology in this field.

Dr. Rahi Jain is the business advisor for the company. He is an expert in system thinking and solutions. He has over 25 research publications. He holds a M.Tech and a PhD from IIT Bombay.

Mr. Harshal Dilip Kate has done his M.Tech in Technology & Development from IIT Bombay, for which he was awarded HAL fellowship (CSR). He later was awarded Fellowship ICT for Development at Ministry of Rural Development, Govt. Of India followed by Future of India fellowship by NSUI. He is currently pursuing PhD in Economics at IIT Delhi.

Having a dual degree in Energy Sciences from IIT Bombay, she plays a key role in providing important insights using the projections and forecasting of the power generation by her data analytical skills, in various projects.

Gaurav Tare has 10+ years of experience in the field of solar and electrical. He contributed immensely towards the publication of a manual for training of technicians, trainers and engineers, titled "Solar Photovoltaic Technology and Systems" authored by Prof. Chetan Solanki. He is also a Co-Founder of a successful startup (kWatt) which is working in the field educating young generations related to solar.

Amit Tare has a post graduate (MS) degree from the renowned Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) in Center for Technology and Alternatives in Rural Areas. His work primarily dealt with the development of an energy generation unit using everyday household refuse as fuel. His experience as Operations Lead at Enroute Media Pvt. Ltd. exposed him to programming by working on in-cab-entertainment services. He is also skilled in the manufacturing and refining of petroleum products attained during his time at IPCL Nagothane.He holds the position of Core Committee Member in Engineering Grads Association; an NGO that conducts various activities to uplift students with little or no funds. He was responsible for the organising the lecture series for UPSC aspirants.
